#2 Three men went to motel to get a room. When they got there the Clerk told them that they only had one room left with just two beds. The men said they didn't care because they had to have a place to stay. They asked how much for the room? The Clerk told them thirty dollars. They each pulled out ten dollars and paid for the room. Later the Clerk felt a little guilty about charging full price for the room. He told the Bellhop to take five dollars and give it back to the men. The Bellhop decided that five dollars was too hard to divide. What he did was give each man back one dollar each, and kept the other two for himself.

If each man paid ten dollars originally and the Bellhop gave them back one dollar each, then they each paid nine dollars. Three times nine equals twenty-seven, the Bellhop kept two, which makes twenty-nine, where did the other dollar go?
