My own page of psychotic ramblings!!
Hi! Welcome to my slice of the web. This page should probably be titled "The Old and the Weary", since I'm a mother of 2, one being a teen-ager. Yes, he is a challenge. Off in his own little world like most teen-agers I suppose. The other is a 9 year old girl, mild yet, but becoming more like a teenager everyday. Already stands in front of the mirror most of the day. My other two pride and joys would be the two cats that own us. I love cats by the way. One is just a little yellow and white tom-cat my husband picked up for me at work one evening. He actually brought it home when it was still wild and literally threw him in the house at me and told me to tame it. Took about 2 weeks. We named him Woody. The other cat in the house would be Bart, my cat. I say 'my cat' because he won't allow the other people in the house to do anything for him. Very tempermental! He's half chocolate seal point Siamese and half chocolate Himalayan. The most beautiful cat you've ever layed eyes on. Besides playing around on my computer, my other hobbies would include camping, boating, water-skiing, and I'm anticpating learning how to play golf. Don't know if I'll ever get that one down or not. I'm a self-employed hearing impaired interpreter, working at a local college at the present, and find this to be an extremely satisfying career. So as you can see, between work and family, I manage to keep busy! But I do find time for jokes, and have pulled off at least one practical joke on a friend of mine that I will always be rather proud of. But he deserved it.
